PROGRAMMING NOTES
The licensed orchestration is based on the Original 2008 Off-Broadway production at The Westside Theatre/Upstairs in NYC.
This version is orchestrated to be conducted from the Piano/Conductor/Keyboard 1 book by the Music Director. Only Keyboard 2 has any patches or keyboard programming. As a jukebox musical with a very small live band, Keyboard 2 fills out some of the other sounds of the era with instruments such as flute, alto sax, bari sax, brass, vibes, B3 Organ, accordion, strings, guitar, and some auxiliary percussion to name just a few. This is a relatively easy book to play by todays musical theater standards so this part could easily be handled by an advance high school student.
